Trying to buy a home
I'm looking at very low priced homes , so , my sons can fix them up , all the homes I've called about , I'm told they have already been sold or some excuse only to find the homes are stilklk on the market ? why am I being treated so rude , the ad is right on the sites showing '' for sale '' ? Thank you

I would contact a few or more Realtors in your area and tell them you are a serious buyer looking for fixer uppers and that way they might contact you before they even advertise the listing.
