Whats a good leave in conditioner that doesn't contain mineral oil silicon petrolatum or glycerin. and that doesn't have a strong or bad smell?

Perhaps you may consider Sebastian Potion 9. It does however contain Glycerin (useful in helping to attract moisture ultimately keeping your hair soft!) All other ingredients look "typical". It is a great leave-in conditioner though.
