  • Dark Blue/Light Blue pill marked 44 391 is a generic, over the counter form of Midol Menstrual manufactured by LNK International. contains: Acetaminophen 500 mg Pain reliever Caffeine 60 mg Stimulant Pyrilamine maleate 15 mg Diuretic
  • It is an over the counter form of Midol. I found some of these pills in my drawer lookin for my Midol and didnt know what they were you can enter the # on the pill and google it and it will tell you!
