Apolis? I agree it is definite a cool name for Minneapolis. The name reminds me of the futuristic city Metroplis of the Superman comic strip. Minneapolis have futuristic buildings throughout the city. In fact Minneapolis was voted one of the most futuristic cities in the U.S.? Did you know that the key attractions in the Mall include Nickelodeon Universe, Underwater Adventures® Aquarium, LEGO Imagination Center, Dinosaur Walk Museum, A.C.E.S. I must confessed that I had forgot that Minneapolis is proudly referred to as the MnniApple. The name is really cool like that! However, the Big Apple charge 8.38% sales tax on clothes.
