  • I don't agree with you at all :)+4 for the question though
  • Nobody! :) There have been much better presidents, like Nixon, Clinton, etc.
  • you've gotta be kidding me... +3 for the questions though
  • The GOP
  • Sorry Chris, I think George Bush was a failure. +3 anyway :)
  • I can't agree to that even though I am a Republican, but I will say what a hell of a nice job the dems and liberals did with this guy, I mean, our president. +4
  • I agree he was the greatest president of all time from the point of view of those who want to see the country destroyed.
  • can i have just 1/2 of one of your happy pills ? :p
  • George H. W. Bush was much better.
  • I don,t think he was the greatest.I believe that he was a darn good one.Like the rest of us,he wasn,t prepared for the 9/11 attacks.I believe that something needed to be done about 9/11.We will never know how great George Bush,s presidency could have been if that day never happened.I admired him for sticking to his guns and not waffling on his principles despite the poll numbers.Like Obama,s I did not agree with Bush,s bailout plan, either.
  • Do you mean Senior Bush? He was okay, nothing really against him. But Junior Bush was the WORST president EVER! Even worse than Clinton! And when Clinton left office, I thought there was no way anyone could ever be worse than him! As conservative presidents go, I rather liked Reagan.
  • Yes he was the Greatest! The Greatest Example of how NOT to run a government!
  • I think in 50 years time people will look back at him as one of the greats. It'll take a little perspective for people to appreciate him.
  • Stephen Colbert, in character. That ought to give you an impression of how much sense it makes.
  • he was the FUNNIEST president ever, that man unknowingly has comedy in his blood.
  • I worked for him for four years, and I don't think that. . For that matter, HE doesn't think that. . I can tell you that he would find your question to be juvenile, intended primarily to irritate people rather than enlighten anyone, and nothing more than sour grapes for your side having lost in the last election. . And I can say that with a pretty high degree of confidence. I disagreed with him on a great many things, but I'm proud of having worked for him on a set of issues on which we do agree. . He would find your hyperbole embarrassing, he would say that history is going to have to be the judge of that issue, and he would say that, at a minimum, your observation is grossly premature.
  • What are you smoking? Not even hard core right wingers agree with you.
  • Oh my god. Are you serious? Or just mentally ill?
  • Stephen Colbert. Check out this homage to "The Decider" . . .
  • From the point of view of an enemy of the US, probably.
  • The greatest bad one! For decades, poor old William Henry Harrison was always rated last because he only lived 33 days as president. Why, some ratings DIDN'T EVEN LIST HIM. But now, proud day for the Harrison's, Bush the 2nd is last.
  • I agree completely. He was amazing! But as one of the previous ab answerers said, only time will tell... Obama is definately turning into the worst... If he isn't already...
  • i think that bush was the greatest misunderstood president. in no way close was he the best, but people automatically just rite him off. he had good ideas for this country and people turned away because he was a poor public speaker and had a 'funny accent'. we are an impatient country judging people right off the bat. we have done the exact thing to obama. as soon as we see things NOT happening we rite him off as the next hitler. http://www.humblelibertarian.com/2009/08/hitler-obama-comparisons-is-barack.html we want results NOW, and when we dont get them, we bitch to anyone that will listen. no one gave bush the benefit of the doubt or even listened to what he said, and we are already turning away from obama just months after his inauguration. give the guys a break, and all we can do is wait it out. but in answer to the original question, no, he is not the best president we have ever had. in my opinion, regan was.
  • LMAO. good one
  • You're joking right???? PLEASE tell me you're joking!!! Unless.........George, is that you??
  • Do you want to ignore the fact that GWB kept this country safe for seven years? Now we have a president that wants to scrap all the things that kept us safe.
  • Great? Yes. In what aspect? I dare not say
  • Yes I agree with you...he was certainly the best "joke" of a leader this nation ever had....no President in my memory can match his ability to astonish, amuse and bemuse a world in quite the same way as he did. As a national joke he was beyond par.....and in a perverse way I kind of miss the old meat puppet.
  • Thanks. Now I have to clean coffee off my computer screen. Excellent.
  • Maybe his daddy does.
  • He was fantastic! I am sure that you are proud of him. The arms industry has made millions in weapons for wars that he has instigated and many civilians and forces personell have died because he is Good Old George!!
  • I agree and disagree. Geogre W. Bush has without a doubt keepp this country safe by no means. He also tried always to keep the U.S friends with many other nations. But George W. Bush has made us go into a downfall with the whole oil thing. So now we are paying for oil x's what we used to pay. I think that Abraham Lincoln was the best president.
  • Absolutely... ...for Iraq! http://www.theonion.com/content/node/43889
  • Maybe in some parallel universe...
  • Retarded people.
  • NO, he was a dumb-dumb that got us into a war that sent the country plummetting into debt. I think both he and Obama are idiots that never should have been in the white house.
  • I think Ronald Reagan was the greatest. But Bush is the next greatest after Reagan.
