Every single day: One bowl of oatmeal with raisins, a few drops of vanilla and lots of cinnamon powder with a cup of coffee with milk.

I have a cup of black tea with milk and my powdered laxative in it. Sometimes a bagel with butter or cream cheese but usually a bowl of shredded wheat with sugar frosting with milk. My little female cat watches me so I will leave her some sweet milk at the end.

Raisin Bran (with Extra Raisins) and a banana in it. or I've been on a Golden Crisp binge lately. Thats about it. It's all about convenience for me and a wife who does'nt cook and complains when I go in the kitchen so it's just not worth my time while having to listen to her ranting.
