• This works for me, and I sincerely hope that it will help you: Try playing some classical music ( i know that it may seem lame but it actually helps) Set a break time to go get something to eat or rest your eyes ( usually about half an hour apart at a time) Also, try removing other distractions from your sight.   • Give yourface cheek a slap with the palm of your fingers. Full force, smack! Hit that cheek with power and sock your self silly. Do it again when you get distracted again.
