I keep stopping myself from trying something new?

I have been a company truck driver for the past seven years and love it. Though my company has a few really dumb rules that only make everyone lose money. I feel like I could get my own truck and be more efficent and possibly make more money. I am totally motivated and proceed but when I do research there are a million negatives and challenges and it makes me wonder if I should stay with my company instead. I have done this four times already. This time I was really ready to go but then learning on the getting the right used truck seemed to be problematic.

  Thanks but the problem is failure would lead to losing tens of thousands of dollars that I have sacrificed mean years to save up
