No....Scotland is Scotland. It is part of the United Kingdom. Norway is it's own country and it geographically part of Scandanavia. They are separated by the North Sea.
-
Well, they're both in Europe and it gets cold in both places, but Scotland is part of the United Kingdom (England, Wales and Scotland are on the same large island) and Norway is a part of Scandinavia (Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark) in the North of Western Europe.
-
Some islands of the nw coast of Scotland do speak a scandinavian dialect
-
No they are two entirely different places.

According to an American of my acquaintance Scotland is in England. He also tells me that Wales and Britain are in England.;-)

if you look at your history yourl see that the saxon's ust to rule Britain and even the vikings mostly invaded scottland, so it's no surprise that peolpe get confused as to why their are similarities between norway and scottland. But since saxonby no longer rules Britain and the vikings only holiday thier now, scotttland is fully Brittish and not in norway

Scotland is part of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and is a located on the northern part of the island of Great Britain. The crowns of Scotland and Norway MIGHT have been united if not for the early tragic death of the child-queen, Margaret the Maid of Norway (grandaughter to the late king of Scotland, and crown princess of Norway), but she died before being crowned ... or even reaching Scotland, and the royal blood-line died with her. As her mother (the Scottish princess, and wife of Norway's King) had already died with no other children, the Norwegian royal house lost all claims to Scotland.

What geography lesson did you miss.

How Thick Can You Get LMAO
-
No. Scotland is a part of the UK and that shall "everybody" know (except some very young children who haven't begun with geography at school yet). Norway is a country, located in the Nordic region.
-
No. I knew that but everyone got their answers in before I did. I did learn some history and interesting facts. The person who asked the question needs a good world map or knowledge on how to use Google.
