How to be safe with strangers

Children need to be taught that they can talk to their parents about anything - regardless of how bad the problem is / taboo the subject is. Many kids feel alone or can't reach out and then rely on peers or outside sources for information. Parents should raise their children - not friends and the media / internet. Children need to be reassured that they are loved unconditionally even when things have gone wrong so that they can build confidence in themselves.
