  • That depends on what state you live in. Some states have stricter rules. You should look up your state's association of realtors and call and ask them. It will be called "name of state" association of realtors
  • I have never heard that your record had anything to do with becoming a real estate agent.
  • You will have to submit a moral character evaulation with the Texas Real Estate Commission along with all of your documents and a written explanation of your felony. They base it case by case. I am going through the same thing for a Felony that occured 5 years ago. I have not got a response yet. Good luck to you (and me)! :)
