What is the best over the counter trucker speed?

Most truckers drive the speed limit or a couple of miles above or below it if their truck has the power to do so. I have heard of some made to cruise best at 62 MPH, etc.

I saw some caffein tabs with other ingredients at the 99 cent store. Might not be the best, but it's probably the cheapest!

No Doze used to work for me. But I've found actual Sleep is much safer.

I found that,Nitro to Go,the trucker one with the truck on it,to be really good.
