Guys and girls i have a phone and i want to put it in water it say water,shock & dust resistant what does that mean?

key word...water dust shock RESISTANT, not water shock dust PROOF....it can handle rain, but not a flood....ya dig?

resistant just means that you can have a little shock or a little moisture and not have to worry but I would not hook your phone up to a car battery to test it or throw your phone into the pool.

right. so it may put up with a little mist, but don't try snorkeling with it:)
