Nope. Employees are expected to work as long as needed to complete the work. No concept of over time or anything.

I punch them with my hand, well only the one at my last job. It was a piece of crap that eat cards and screwed up time...but they wouldn't change it, so we all took turns beating it until it fell apart and was replaced.

Nope, I smack it around a little and antimidate it into clocking me in. If that doesn't work, I verbally abuse it until it complies.
