• the only thing i can think of is the afghan (tunisian) stitch. Do you have a picture of a finished piece? I can probably tell you from that.
  • The single crochet stitch is only correctly made one way. If you're looking for how to turn an item you can find that on a YouTube tutorial, but normally you just turn it over chain stitch one and continue single crochet. I've made several hats and baby booties and I've never had to turn my work when making them, they're crocheted in the round.
  • you could try looking it up on youtube, they might have a video showing you how to do it
  • maybe you can goggle it and it can give you directions on how to make it
