  • Do any better how, cuter boys to molest or what?
  • I could have, but ONLY if I'd had his amazing talents. He "messed up" big time, by NOT severing all contact with his evil and controlling parents. I would have had nothing at all to do with either of them, from age 18 onward. They were (and still are) very despicable "people," who were only interested in seeing just how much money they could mooch off of him. +5
  • I admire and command your view, however people are not going to change theirs just because you think they should.
  • I think that I should just let him REST IN PEACE, regardless of the fact that he was the KING OF POP.
  • I was only gonna comment at first till I read your's: "He was NEVER charge on that...7 accounts where dropped" He might have been screwed over as a child. He might have risen to fame and acted crazy. But to put yourself in the same bad situation is stupid and arrogant. It shows no signs of remorse about what may have happened, but it also shows signs that he might get away with it again if stupid people like yourself were to let your children around him. I like most of his music, and I think that he has done a lot for pop culture and music, but that does not put him on a high-enough pedestal to ever let him or anyone famous hurt children.
  • I followed the trials. They really had nothing on him. He was just an easy target because he was so weird. Innocent until proven guilty.
  • thats right. but you know what they say. people dont remember your world of good but they remember your one little instance of bad :( +3
  • It's nice that you were such a big fan of his, but not everyone shares your feelings about that. There are a variety of people here on AB and everyone is entitled to express their opinions. It's like that with all subjects discussed here.
  • The more I learn about his youth, the more I see why he acted like a child with his Neverland amusement park. He wasn't allowed to lead a normal childhood. His father made him practice all the time. His father knew Michael would be a cash cow. Could I have done better, maybe not. I wouldn't have had dozens of plastic surgery procedures or have had little children as friends after the age of 30. I would have been a better business man and not have been $400 million in debt.
  • i agree i've tried to seperate the music which was great from the person who was a freak.
  • Sorry about you being a little mad. If it makes you feel any better I'ld be just as happy if we never see or hear about him again. I have never felt it was my job to give credit or discredit to others - sounds a lot like judging. Enjoy the weekend. +5
  • He only gets credit for his music. He deserves everything else given to him.
  • I can absolutely promise I WOULD have done better, yes. Fine his father was abusive & pushed the kids far too hard to achieve. That’s hardly the worst thing a child has had to deal with, & there was the compensation of international travel, millions & millions of $$$, servants, every possible luxury you can imagine etc, etc, etc. Even ignoring the controversy of paedophilia, skin bleaching etc he still was a total oddball with absolutely no sense whatsoever. Why does him being the king of pop mean he deserves credit? I'm pretty sure all the people who bought his albums compensated him quite adequately for doing something he loved. The rest of us should be so lucky!
  • To be honest theres people had much much worse lives than he did! And they turned out just fine, infact alot better than he did *waits for the dr's*
  • Here's your answer' ripped snorter!!!!
  • He may be the king of pop and i don't deny that he was talented, but he had his faults just like everyone in this world. Why can't people just accept that?
  • I agree. It's sad that most ppl have to be so harsh towards MJ. I love his music and think he is a legend. I don't believe that he molested children at all. Yes, he 'messed up' but there are plenty of reasons because of that.
  • Yes,he was a great singer and I like his songs. the mistake he made is trying to be a white man by undergoing many plastic surgeries and bleaching his skin. He suffered so much because of this. Actually he looked much better when he was black. +4
  • ok...take this into account..and this isnt exactly my opinion, but I wont ignore these facts....#1. he was accused of pedophilia. now weather or not it happened, he was still accused. #2. He had a theatre type room, filled with little glass walled room which lined the theatre walls that was used as bedrooms for the kids he had stay the night. thats just creepy. #3. He had a pet monkey and an amusment park, a cryogenic freezer, and the elephant mans bones...thats just fuckin weird. and to wonder if he used those things to lure children only fits the profile of a pedophile. #4. how many 40 year old virgins (he was around 40 at the time of all this) do you know that has children stay the night with them?...these are just things you should take into account with how people think of MJ. that is all.
  • I must admit that I find the attitudes displayed to be a bit disgusting. People KNOW that he was a pedophile, even though they didn't actually know him personally. People KNOW that he was guilty of molestation, even though they weren't there when it "happened", they don't personally know any of the people who accused him, and they weren't in the court room during the trial. People KNOW he bleached his skin, even though they never personally saw him do it and he refuted such claims with the disclosure that he was diagnosed with a disease that was causing his problems, a claim that was supported by people who actually did know him. I think many of them are indulging in schadenfreude. It's one of the reasons I wouldn't want to be famous. Even the slightest slip is distorted by people who delight in seeing celebrities fall. Unproven accusations, and even unsubstantiated rumors, are taken to be the gospel truth by people. They say children are cruel. I think some people never grow out of the the inclination to tear down anyone who is different.
