There are none that bother me as long as I can understand what a person is saying.

Just conceptual things where people are mistaken. Using "anti-social" as synonymous with "asocial" bothers me. It puts asocial people in a negative light. Hermits and loners are asocial. Psychopaths and remorseless criminals are anti-social.

"There's" instead of "there are".

Although I try not to be a stickler for grammatical errors, I have to admit that the phrase "where she at," or "we goin' where they at" really bothers me.

When online I type fast,don't capitalize and etc. Its part of the chat lingo. However in conversation and real correspondence I don't believe people really say: Irregardless younz (western PA and Ohio) so many more.

They're, Their, there.... Not bothered by it, bothered by the fact people don't even try to correct it...

As long as the intended idea is conveyed in a lucid, understandable manner, grammer mistakes really do not bother me. I notice them only when understanding gets difficult.

Using loose instead of lose. Drives me nuts!!! There is a huge difference.

When they are used in public. For example: When there is a billboard that is missing an apostrophe, or an item box that used an incomplete sentence, or (the one that I see most frequently) a capitalization error. I get so angry at seeing this done for anyone and everyone to see, that I usually write the company an angry note.

Double negatives. "I don't got none.". Very well then, you must have plenty. But I am terrible about ending a sentence with a preposition.
