Never... Even when they extend them toward me... I have been known to make up fake skin diseases to deter them from trying. I don't like most people enough to touch them! Especially hands... They have more germs than your butt!

Yes, I do. I offer my hand to both women and men. Men automatically shake my hand, but some women hesitate. I think it's common courtesy to shake someone's hand when you first meet them.
