    I don't know you personally, but generally speaking I'd answer false. Anyone who would phrase a question like this most likely could use at least a slight attitude adjustment. However it is possible someone's perception could be incorrect.

      Absolutely not but I would like for people to get along.

      And I'd like for people who are angry or sad to be more happy. Is that not everyone's goal or do some people just prefer to be angry? Maybe I should just be happy for them to be angry if that's what they want right? Hmmm
