I prefer cooked carrots over raw carrots any day. I will usually only eat raw carrots if I can dip them in ranch dressing, or if they are shredded into a salad. I just think they taste better cooked.

James Brady was Reagans favorite vegetable, but I'm not sure if he was ever cooked. I have to cook almost all of them because i have almost no teeth left, but when i had teeth I loved raw vegetables much more so over cooked...better for the digestive system than cooked.
