Well, they have incredible hot springs, and in some places you can even dig your own spa on the beach (Corramandel). Auckland looks like Sydney, the scenery is absolutely incredible, and they have glaciers!

Auckland with a population of just over 1.2 million (and about to become a "super city") is affectionately known as the "City of Sails" and is said to have more boats per capita than anywhere else in the world. It doesnt snow in Auckland :(

I just want you to know that visiting New Zealand one day is on my wish list. I know the following things about this country: (1) This country consists of North Island and South Island. (2) It is located south-east of Australia. (3) The major cities are Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington. (4) There are more sheep than people in NZ.

1) Few things are as rare and beautiful as a flight out of Milford Sound in in crystal clear weather while sitting in the copilot's seat. 2) The Tasman glacier is spectacular. Walking on it using crutches is difficult and hazardous but oh-so-fun. A handsome guide will assist you. If you find a blue glove in a deep crevasse, it is mine. 3) The variation in climate and topography from Invercargill to Kaitaia is astonishing.
