  • You need to oil those old joints
  • need to drink more milk. also get enough vitamin d. you can read it here - http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2002/02/23/vitamin-d-part-five.aspx
  • Probably nothing, every one of my clients, they range from 14 - 72 years old, all have a joint or two that clicks and crunches. Try moving your hands wider or narrower, then do some and see if it eases. If that doesnt work bend the elbow backwards a bit more (you will work the Tricep harder as well). Make sure your hands are pointing forwards as well.
  • If it's persistent sooner or later you should probably see a Physician and get it checked out.
  • nothing is wrong with you. its normal for some people. http://www.lukeramsay.com/why_joints_click.htm some good info on it there
  • You need to oil your joints and ball bearings
