I have 97 ford probe car keeps overheating at high rpms i have flushed radiator,changed water pump,thermostat,sensor,switch,and top hose when car is hot, top hoes is hot but bottom hose stays cold can anyone help me?

did you bleed all of the air out of the system?

Simplistically: for some reason, the coolant is not circulating. This may be due to: as 'qwerty' answered; an improperly installed or faulty t'stat.; a collapsing rad. hose (esp'ly. at high RPMs).
