Everybody farts. Supermodels may fart more because of an inefficient digestive system. When they eat, little pieces of food (especially meats) probably fall directly into their rectums and ferment. This undoubtedly causes noxious rectal gas, sort of like what you get if you have too much turkey on Thanksgiving.
