Ummmm my mom does it all the time...
-
I'm sure its pretty normal, everyone does it. or maybe its just me. and you. but seriously, its not psychological unless you name one of your voices
-
Well, if it's not causing problems, it's not a big deal.
-
It's normal. I do it when I am bored.
-
I only do it because I want to talk to someone who knows something. LMAO Sometimes though I pray out loud.
-
ive often wondered that myself. i talk to myself alot. i guess you could say i think out loud when im alone. i dont know if its an illness tho. i sure hope not!
-
I actually think that its normal. i have conversations and arguments with myself from time to time, and i would not consider myself psychologically ill. So if u do it, then you are not alone here
-
You are talking to yourself when you are thinking, so how can that be an illness?
-
I think it's more common in people who work alone a lot, like I do. You get lost in your thoughts and before you know it, you are actually vocalizing conversations that you're having in your head. Since there is no one around to give you strange looks, (feedback) you don't notice you're doing it until your spouse looks at you suddenly like you've just gone insane. (It's never happened to me. I, er, was talking about a . . . friend. Yeah, a friend.)
-
ive talked to myself when neighbors get on my nerves when theyre talking loud in the hall and i might say i wish theyd shut up
-
Sometimes you want to have a conversation with someone intelligent and you're the only one near by who fits that description.
-
In many cases it's the only way to have an intelligent conversation.
