Drinking enough water and perhaps a glass of milk in the morning will make you go to the bath room regularly

First thing that comes to mind is that you are dehydrated. Drink lots of water and eat more fruit.

You need to go to your doctor as you are at risk of perforating and going into bladder retention (where you can't urinate). Two weeks is a long time and you need medical intervention. You can try to drink syrup of figs, prune juice, fresh orange as natural laxatives. To encourage bowel movement you could also take senna which is a natural stimulant but will cause you cramping. This change to your diet has shocked your system and to prevent this from happening again you need to drink plenty of water with all the fibre you have consumed.
