To seal our loaves of bread, we only have white or yellow plastic tags that are slightly smaller than a postage stamp, with a circle and division at the top.

That is the system we use for our bread. I wasn't aware it was used throughtout the industry.

7-20-2017 That is baloney. I have worked in a bakery and we routinely pulled tags off day old bread and put the next day's color on. I called it "calypso bakery" because they delivered "day-o" bread. But in fact it was a national brand.
