  • The prostate makes most of the ejaculate. In general, a eunuch would still have his prostate, and therefore would produce semen, but because he would not have testicles, he would not produce sperm. If a man were castrated (had his testicles removed) after going through puberty, then he would be fully sexually developed. He would respond to sexual stimulation just like any other man, and would have orgasms. However, because the testicles produce most of the testosterone, he would likely not be very interested in sex. Hormone replacement therapy could take care of that.
  • Last night I saw a program on tv about eunichs. I am amazed about it. It's a very hard struggle and I respect everyone's opinion about it. One thing I am still wondering. Do you have to tell people around you. Do people at work have to know?
