He'd not my favorite person but I do't wish him ill will. I understand he pulled some muscles. I hope he covers okay.

To bad it wasn't a pine box.

I am not at all one of his fans or have ever been, I did not see him and frankly I don't believe it is important. If he is ill I hope he recovers.
-
i didn't think much of it. hope he gets better.

Too bad his back wasn't broken and I wonder, did anybody care to ask why he was in a wheelchair?

it showed a very dramatic finale, perhaps a physical reflection of their eight years in office? their time in the white house was full of war and violence... bush with the shoe-throwing incident not too long ago, and his vp not able to even walk away, while he was, literally, walking away from his post... it looked like two defeated men moving along; making way for their new commander.

I didn't see it but if he hurts his back from moving boxes, I guess his hunting days are numbered.
-
I had creepy visions of Dr. Strangelove....:-P... . .

I hope the seat is a bed of nails. Nails dipped in Poinson Ivy extract.
-
That he was desperate to extend his 15 minutes of fame! Happy Wednesday! :)
-
I kept waiting for someone to push him down the stairs. Aaaah, good times.

I hope anyone in a wheelchair recovers enough to be able to walk again. If it happened to him, could happen to a loved one and I wouldn't want someone wishing my loved one a life in a wheelchair or any other disability.

Yeah, the bastard was getting rid of the evidence, too bad he didn't tumble down and broke his crown. By today, all of that has gone up in smoke except, of course, for the evidence he saved so that he can blackmail and/or implicate others should anyone try to go after his sorry ass

It was sad to see him in a wheelchair on his last day in office. I wish he could have been walking.

I guess that I really do not comprehend the level of hatred against Bush/Chaney. I have certainly had some issues over the past 8 years, but not hatred. 9/11 really happened, almost 4000 of us, yes that's US were brutally killed and under Bush/Cheney it has not happened again. For 30 years we have been under attack and did not realize the scope of the war against us. For those who are either too young to know or too busy and/or forgetful here is a website that lists the attacks up to 2004. http://www.state.gov/r/pa/ho/pubs/fs/5902.htm I invite you to study this list to see the escalation over the years. I thank you Bush/Cheney for keeping us safe reguardless of the cost to your personal popularity. Job well done. RA13649900
