Sorry, but if you're employer is paying you to perform certain tasks then the employer gets to specify where those tasks are performed. There's nothing that says you have to work there.

Your employer cannot "make" you do ANYTHING. Your employee CAN propose (what you may see as)an unacceptable alternative if you choose NOT to accept his initial request. Isn't freedom of choice wonderful?
