an old couple that lives next to me recently celebrated their 60th anniversary. i organized a party for them and invited all of their friends that i could. and played a good host the whole time. i would throw this married couple a going-away party if they were going to move. i would understand, our neighborhoods really starting to go down the toilet lol.

yes, my next door neighbours, party all night long, every night, its annoying cos theyre living room is opposite my bedroom! teenagers. what u gonna do about them!?!?! and my mom has to start work at 5 am, so she has to awake at 3.30, and they dont stop partying and rampaging until (on average) 4am!!!

Yes, we have some neighbors next door that have alienated almost everyone one our street. Loud, foul-mouthed, trash-throwing, lying, thieving (and a few other illegal activities) bunch of jerks. Police have been called many times as has our neighborhood rep. We'd have a block party if they moved!

Sure I do! My upstairs neighbors are a nightmare. The best part is that he's the only one who makes a sound at all. The female half works from home and wears hells all day on a hardwood floor (with no clients coming in or out, mind you) and sounds like a herd of wild horses as she paces rapidly. While I can't yet throw a party, at least I can take joy in the fact that I can hear their infrequent, boring sounding 'intimate moments' once a month. (Usually arythmic thumping for 1-3 minutes. The dude is the only one who makes any sounds at all. Then a shower.)

Ironically parties can be loud, because the neighbor I hated was ALWAYS blasting their sound system (everything from music, sports, movies and even the news) and hollaring loudly.

I have one neighbor that lets their dog run around the block w/o a leash. Its a 120lb black lab that is a complete spaz. I have two children under the age of 6 I always worry about something happening. The neighbor says its a friendly dog, but that doesn't mean that it wont defend or attack. The other neighbor has a 8yr old boy who plays hip-hop music all night long. His computer is against my headboard wall. So I get to listen to bass thumping and walls buzzing for hours on end. I've asked them to refrain after certain hours, and it seems like now the noise doesn't start until those 'certain hours' so YES. I would throw a huge party if they both left.

Not now, but there were some years ago. I was 6 months pregnant and the teenage boys called me a "effing sl-t" and the toddler was a screamer. I ended up moving for others reasons and it was certainly a relief.

Believe it or not I have been there and done that. I live in government housing apt and shared a wall with another apt. On the many nights she would host a drug and acohol themed block party she would place her two large speakers and put against wall seperating my apt from hers and because they were vacing me and turned up as loud as they could go, every wall in my apt would vibrate. The party would not end until 4-5 a.m. She hosted these parties at least once a week but once partied 3 nights in a row. I did not sleep for 72 hours straight. Neither did she. I only wished I had the same energy she did from the drugs she was doing. Anyway she was finally evicted-she came close to the police coming in and carrying her out before I was freed for the torture she put me through. On the day the judge signed the eviction order I threw a Pizza Party. I did not get her evicted-1 dui 2 drug busts,are child endangerment are just a few legal grounds she was evicted for.

Yes! This girl is fucking crazy. She threw a brick in our window, keyed my mom's car, cursed my parents and sister out, slashed all four of my sister's tires, tore up my sister's report card, really...the list goes on.

I'm lucky to not have noisy neighbors anymore. Yeah!!But, I do have a neighbor downstairs with a dog she NEVER takes out to potty. The smell penetrates through my air vents and you'd think I was the one with the dog. I wouldn't throw a party if she left, I'd help her pack!!!

Not now, but there were some before, mostly because of noise issues.

oh yea lots of them! my neighbours cats keep coming in our yard and peeing and such everywhere im trying to make a garden but they think its a litter box...great!! lol and they decide to build houses right next to our back yard now everytime i come out side all four neighbours can watch what im doing...fun times..

YES, YES, HELL YES!!! I have these neighbors who live up above my apartment. We have 8 apartments in each building. I've asked them repeatedly to please try to be quiet before 7 am and after 10:30 pm because I am trying to sleep and get ready for work. They have a son in college and a daughter who is about 10. The daughter runs and jumps and makes loud noises all day and night. They must home school because she never seems to go to school (they're foreigners). She will run from one end of the apartment to the other and JUMP into the master bedroom and then run back again and jump again. Last night they were quiet most of the evening and I though "good, I'll be able to sleep tonight". I've been sick since last Thursday and I believe it's from lack of sleep. I've written letters of complaint to the owners/management (one and the same)and they stay quiet for 3 or 4 days and then BAM it's back to business as usual. Last night after being quiet all evening the kid started her running and jumping into the MB around 11:00 pm. Then the mom started walking back and forth and back and forth and opening and closing drawers and doors. This went on until midnight. I got so mad that this morning I got up and turned on radios in all the rooms of the apartment including right under the daughter's and then opened and closed drawers and doors loudly and left the radios running till I went home at lunchtime. I figured if I couldn't sleep then why should they? Why aren't these inconsiderate jerks living on the first floor. They also let the kid play in the hallway and she jumps and runs up and down the stairs making loud thumping noise. The woman that lives right under the stairs is either deaf (she's in her late 70s) or she must be driven crazy too. You betcha I'll throw a party if and when these inconsiderate jerks move!!!!!

Yes, if my neighbor with the barking dog moved I would definitely celebrate.
