i always notice my stomach first. and if i'm lucky, my thighs usually follow :) but really it depends on what kind of workout i'm getting.

My stomach. Haven't had a weight problem in years but when I did my stomach would get flatter. I don't have a butt to begin with so nothing happened there. I have a thick waist and unfortunately even at my thinnest I didn't have a dainty, small waist. So my tummy..which was fine with me! :) ((hugs))

well i used to be a dancer, which i think is the greatest workout anyone can get. since i don't have a place to dance anymore, i take a lot of yoga just from youtube videos. yoga is great for toning and flexibility. i also run every day. that really helps with the upper thighs.

My face is where it seems to be most noticeable at first. Whenever I've gained, it's always been from the waist down first, and when I've lost, I lost from the waist up first. How fair is that? Thankfully, this last time I lost I've managed to keep it off!

These are the things I keep doing to stay physically fit. I always drink more water before a meal and right after my workout. I walk for 30 minutes or more a day. Proper eating and control is the very important to lose weight and maintain it, I always do my dish sometimes I experiment new healthy dishes to feed myself. and the first thing that i noticed when i lose weight was my whist line and my hips and also I noticed the changes in my weight.
