I'm not very good at eating fruit. I've discovered that if I'm just so tired after work that I'm not really hungry, I put a banana, orange and apple in the blender and make a fruit puree. It goes down easily.

I drink a slimfast. It makes me good for a couple hours. I'm not big on eating, really, so I end up replacing a meal with slimfast once every day or two. I find it's easier to drink something down than choke down food I don't really want.

I've usually got a bean/veggie/tuna salad in the fridge. A few bites of that and I'm energized for a few hours again.
