Near or around glass, or in a house that is made out of cement. Cement is very sturdy when it comes to hurricanes or tornadoes but when it comes to earthquakes wood is your safest bet because wood can bend and wont fall as easy while an earthquake is in effect.

The worst place to be when a crisis such as an earthquake occurs is probably when the earthequake suprisingly commences and you have not enough time to prepare or seek for help. Therefore a place such as 'showing' naked when you don't have your clothes on and you're totally wet is a good example.

In a masonry building. In an earthquake most people are hurt or killed by something falling on them. Brick buildings just come apart and collapse. Hardly anyone is ever hurt just by the ground shaking.
