• Most of the time, I say Merry Christmas. Sometimes I say Happy Holidays, or "Have a nice holiday!" I'm not afraid of a "greeting." I'm also not offended if someone says it to me, or says "Happy Chanukah," either. It's that time of year....just smile and say Thank you!
  • I usually say Happy Holidays, I was in sales and I had to be PC about it.
  • I say Merry Christmas, even when at work to customers. Even if you don't celebrate it (which is seriously rare where I live) there's no harm in it. Any more than there's harm in wishing someone good morning, or whatever. It is just a day after all.
  • Here's what I actually say to everyone - no matter who they are" or wherever I am at that particular time: "Merry Christmas! Happy Channukah! and Happy Kwaanza!" EDIT: AND I SAY IT LOUD!!!!!!!!! AND IF it offends anyone (although I don't know how it possibly could) it's his or her problem - NOT mine! I absolutely HATE the "vanilla" greetings: "Happy Holidays." and "Seasons Greetings". • We are suppossed to say Happy Holidays at work, but I always try to say Merry Christmas. And no, not really : )
  • To my Christian friends and accquaintances I say, "Merry Christmas." To my Jewish friends and acquaintances I say, "Happy Hanukkah" if appropriate. My Pagan friends and acquaintances are wished a "Happy Yule" or "Blessed Solstice." Anyone whose religious inclinations I don't know or can't guess, gets "Happy Holidays." I'm not afraid of offending anyone by saying Merry Christmas and, frankly, I think the whole "war on Christmas" thing is a made up tempest in a teapot. I have never seen anyone take offense at being wished a Merry Christmas. This is much to special a time of the year to be reduced to quibbling over such non-issues, in my opinion.
  • WHO IS Feliz Navidad and why am I always mistaken for him?
  • Merry Christmas. I will not be censored.
