My cup has a hole in the bottom and I need to keep filling it. When I don't fill my cup, my self-esteem is low. When it is constantly being filled, my self-esteem is high.

Thats a good question to ask. I like it alot lol. i would say that it would be a half of the way up and each day i try to add a few more drops, hoping to replace the ones lost to that voice in the back of my head that says ur breasts need to look bigger, so to counter act that, i would place silicon pads in my bra for a little boost. lol. (just one little example)

pretty full... sometimes overflowing... Its not about how hot I think I am. I am just carry myself well. I give off the vibe that I feel good about myself eve when I really don't think I look so great. It really halps my attitude and therefore the attitudes around me

screw a cup of self esteeme, you can not pay bills with self esteeme. our society cares too much about how people feel and not enough about the reality of what ever situation.I know I'd be a hellofa asset to any company dealing in mechanical engineering but without a piece of paper to tell them such. my confidence in that does nothing to get me the job nor the money I'd need to go to school AND carry my sick wife. I have actualy been in the same hour told I had low self esteeme and that I was arrogant... both those people can't be right.

Mine is almost full but it doesn't have so much that it can easily spill over and annoy someone. ;) I'm very happy with what I've done and what I'm doing with my life but that doesn't make me better than any other good person.

Full. Not overflowing but I see it as full. It wasn't always this way. Until I was about 37 I had a very low water level in my cup! Then I grew up and realized that I was pretty darned accomplished, talented, intelligent, kind and loving. I don't depend on anyone else for my income, make all of my own decisions and have a very happy life.

Don't fall into the trap of getting hung-up on "self esteem." Realistic self-acceptance is a much better way to go.

I would seriously say overflowing. I am proud of all my accomplishments and don't regret what I do. I have done bad things, but that also makes me who I am. I have nothing to complain about. I have intnernet, I always have food, I have a warm coat for the winter. I am happy to be me ( ij :o)

Pretty full and because God has loved me soooo much I can love me and be assured who I am . He took my low self esteem and gave me a purpose and a great life. Now I do have a higher self esteem. Always improving but not all there yet. But so much better than before.

um...my cup would be absolutely empty until all the beer was gone....then it would be full, but empty again 12 seconds later...then full...then empty again 12 seconds later....etc....yeah i dont see the connection at all. bad analogy
