I have... one thing we purchased has no problem... the second thing we purchased was a nightmare because they charged us and it did not arrive.

I am surprised at how much I have bought from them. Sent back one thing once, no problems. LOVE the $300 x 5 month payment plans for this laptop, or the 2 month payments for the leather jacket, etc. I DO watch for 2 months or so before deciding, as you are correct, you can sometimes get better prices. I bought an Orek for $100 less than I've ever seen them [after 2 yrs of looking at Orek's]. Those are the kinds of deals I look for with them. QVC has low shipping for us, and we are limited in our shopping choices here, so I do. OMG. I SOUND LIKE A COMMERCIAL!

A few things quality top drawer no complaints. A friend orders all the time and a couple things she needed to return customer service great no problems.
