Belly button? I doubt it, seems like it could endanger your organs. I just know about the famous butt shot.

Usually in the arm, but i think they use to give rabies shot in the bellybotton.

our tetnus shots are given in the top quadrant of the arm, and they hurt like the dickens for the following few days !

Oh I know what you're talking about! The rabies shots used to be given in the stomach they're not anymore though. I almost had to have rabies shots when I was bitten by a squirrel. But the neighbor's dog and my brother-in-law caught the squirrel and it was quarantined and held for observation so I didn't have to have the shots.
