Most states allow 15 year olds to work, as long as they work under a certain amount of hours a week, depending on the state. They also can't work past 9pm in some states, so fast food restaurants would be a good start, or walmart. Other than that, babysitting or yardwork is always popular.

What about working on a summer play scheme? I did that as a teenager and it was fun being with the younger kids.
