  • It depends on the ingredients of the jelly, there should be instructions on your food packaging. Personally wouldn't want to eat a Vodka Jelly if it has been sitting in the fridge for a month. Call me fussy.
  • I think that due to the sugar concentration, and the alcohol concentration, the jello shot would not be an environment that food poisoning bugs would be happy in. This is not to say that the shots are in good order. I imaigine some shrinkage would occur from evaporation of the water in the shot (at the edges) and that the flavour and texture would not be at their peak. Enjoy, if you can stomach it!
  • While they might still technically be edible, the longer you keep them, the less tasty they are. The flavor starts to change after a few days and the taste of the alcohol becomes more pronounced, but not really in a good way.
