My iphone is frozen and has been glitching recently. Its cracked slightly in the left corner so i dont know if that would effect it. But lately its been sensitive to the cold, it will freeze, all apps will crash, my phone will log out of all my apps, i will shut it down and then it just gets stuck on the apple logo so i will have to go and restore it every time, also at random points all my pictures delete they usually come back right after but the first time they didnt. I have the iPhone 6s and its about a year and a half old. Should i get a new phone or can this be fixed?

Someone added me on snap and i didn't add them back right away. When I went back to add them their name was no longer in the "Added Me" Section. Does this mean they un-added me or did their name just disappear?
