If a woman wants breast implants, she should get them to improve her own self esteem. If she expects to attract a man with them, then the man she attracts will only care about her tits. Sad, but true.

Not really, my ex and ex gf got them and I didn't think needed them but they both wanted them for their self. Sadly they both changed with them. Both became involved with self more and left.

Honestly I think they are a waste of money. You should be happy with what God blessed you with and so should others. If you need to get a boob job just to please your b/f or attract a man if you don't already have one then they aren't worthy of you. There is so much more to any woman than just the size of her breasts and any man you would attract after getting them enlarged is only interested in you for your tits anyway and not worth your time. Any man worth your time and energy would accept you for who you are and love you exactly as is and not expect you to change one thing about yourself. Also another thing to consider from what I have heard from a few female friends and past co workers who have had the surgery it is much more painful than childbirth. Do you really want to put yourself through all of that just to attract or keep some guy that can only love you if you have bigger boobs?

I think they're pretty disgusting. I mean first off...I'm more of an ass and thigh man myself when it comes to, you know, the components. But I mean as soon as you get the shirt off...we can see the silicone folds okay we've all been to enough strip joints and seen enough porn this day in age to know what's going on. You're definitely not fooling anybody and maybe you know that already. I guess the argument is "Well it makes me feel better," well so do a lot of things that probably won't cost you 20k. And I mean, I have water balloons and knives and a whole lot of time so....just let me know.

Personally my breasts are big enough without any implants - but as a general rule I have no problem with them.

Personally I wish girls wouldn't get them, they need to find the right types of friends or guy. I understand the self-esteem issue but it's all in their mind. When it comes to health issues with breast cancer then they are a great invention, but not for the general population. Will it stop girls from getting them NO, but life goes on and hopefully 1 girl reads these comments and decides against them.

if they are to take you do what you consider ideal for your frame (conservative) they are fine... if they are to make your boobs your identity, get psychological help.

I can see that for serious asymmetry they might be helpful for building self-esteem, but for making normal, matching, breasts bigger, I think they are a bad idea.

My husband thinks they are a waste of time. There is nothing more ridiculous looking than a senior who's breasts are perky and standing at attention!

I got a boob job a year ago and now want to have them removed. i was in an emotionally abusive relationship and the guy made me feel like I wasn't good enough so I got them to "feel better about myself" but I really wanted to feel good enough for him. so I say don't do it girls! you're beautiful! think about all the celebrities w/ small boobs! and u don't have to wear a bra and small boobs don't sag!

Breast implants are nice but hell all tits are nice, but implants are a waste of money. I like them and all but i sure wont pay for them.

I just wanted to say that a lot of women get it because they are influenced by the media. but women dont just get them to get bigger breasts. some women get them because they've had breast cancer or one of there breasts are a lot smaller than the other, so they actually need them.
