6 days a week. Run 5 miles a day, and then I lift Chest and Arms on Monday and Thursday, Back and Abs Tuesday and Friday, and Legs Wednesday and Saturday.

I play a sport every weekday for at least two hours and at least a half hour on weekends. I also recently started running for about an half hour after sports on weekdays.

I used to work out 7 days a week... but then i got sick and havent had much energy so havent been working out at all. Im just about fully recovered now so I'll be back to the same 7 day/week fitness program in no time at all.... gotta get rid of my gut for summer!!

Yes. I run and do yoga everyday, get in the ring once or twice a week, bike and swim when I can fit it in.
