  • The official amount is the amount of the judgement, when you pay that off you ask for a satifaction of judgement and that is the end of that. If the landlord has a problem with amount of the judgement, their problem is with the court, not you.
  • The judgment reflects the amount due at a particular date. It does not include any interest expense or other fees incurred since it was recorded. Please ask the landlord for a full accounting which would detail any additional fees. However, as with most aspects of real estate. Everything is negotiable. ;-)
