What do flying ants eat and how do I tell if they are a boy or a girl? P.S they are FOR SURE flying ants its getting late and their leaving......plus i checked......P.S.S I want to keep them as pets and mate them.

Flying ants eat the same things as regular ants. Most flying ants are just regular ants in their mating form. You can check to see if they're male or female simply by observing their behavior and how they interact with each other. I think it's a really cool idea that you want them as pets because ants are an exceptionally intelligent insect and very interesting to watch too. They're so smart that you could say that they're even smarter than MOST animals.
