  • This isn't really a dessert, but it sure tastes like one to me - Diet Rite Raspberry, Diet Rite Tangerine, Diet Rite Peach
  • I'm a diabetic and lactose intolerant too. Some suggestions: sugar-free desserts A good suggestion is a protein and carbohydrate combination, like milk and cereal, or yogurt and graham crackers. If you crave desserts late at night try hot cocoa made with skim milk. (A tablespoon of cocoa is about 3 grams of carbohydrate, plus 12 grams of carbohydrate from milk for a total of 15 grams of carbs or one serving of carbohydrate.) For baking: You can substitute 1/2 a cup of Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking instead of 1 cup of regular sugar (or a recipe calling for 2/3 cup of sugar only needs 1/3 cup of Splenda). Fruits Lactose-Free Fresh, frozen, canned, and dried fruits Angel food cake, gelatin, fruit ice, fruit popsicles, fruit roll ups, hard candy, gum drops, jelly beans, licorice, fruit pie fillings Also lactose free: sugar, honey, jams and jellies, maple and corn syrup, molasses, etc. Just mix it with other foods. • I like sugar free jello with sugar free cool whip on top. cool whip is lactose free...I'm also lactose intolerant. I also like sugar free hot chocolate made with either soy milk or lactose free milk.
  • Those are good Drinks U were given as they are made with SPLENDA!!! Splenda is Sugar that has something removed by using chlorine that leaves a great taste & is perfect for Diabetics! We cook a lot with it & it can be used for almost everything. They have a Web Site full of recipes too. Now as for the Milk problem, I don't like any of the choices out there, they SUCK!!! Sorry John
  • Sugar free Jello. Apples, you can have as many as you want, whatever variety you prefer. There are many and surprisingly they ARE different. Buy two or three varieties and make that your desert. Bear in mind that dessert is a state of mind. Put five or six large peeled and diced apples (1/2" squares, I've never mixed varieties doing this) and a stick of butter and microwave them until they're tender. Add about two or three tablespoons of cinnamon and about a cup of Splenda. Stir and give it another minute in the microwave.
  • There is no such thing as "pre diabetic" it's just a nicer way of saying "You're eating a lot of garbage and your body is going to pay the price for it regardless of what you do." Make some proper lifestyle choice you jughead. The crap you're eating is bad for you so stop eating it and move onto something else unless you want to die screaming in a hospital as they cut off your diabetic limbs to save what's left of your life.
  • 5-27-2017 Celery. SRSLY, you have to stop thinking about it. Just don't even think about it.
  • Oat milk is inexpensive and easy to make with just a blender. Stevia is a natural and sugar free sweetener.
