    That depends on the price of the haircut. It used to be that no one was mandated to tip the owner of a beauty salon, but most do now. If its a $10.00 hair cut and a good job, I would say to tip $3.00 or $4.00. If the price is higher and you will go back to her/him use your own discretion.
