Urine is sterile and you can drink it; in a survival situation for instance it might be your only source of moisture. It is bad for you though in the long run; it contains urea salts which are waste - these wastes can build up in your liver and kidneys and poison you if you drink too much. Female ejaculate is completely different; it isn't urine or waste but a really similar to semen, only lacking sperm.
