you can go to www.vpartsinc.com. the short hose part number is 10165022 and the long hose part number is 10165024. you will need that to find the hoses. i just had to buy them for my 92 caprice and be perpared to spend a good two hundred for those.

There was a time that you could simply measure the hoses and buy replacement lengths of generic hose from the auto parts store. Can't you do that?

You should be able to use generic bulk heater hose, I believe 1 is 5/8" and the other is 3/4"

Just contact the auto part suppliers - O'Brien, AutoZone ... and many more. Good chance they'll have or be able to get some You can also search online

After market suppliers like Parts America or Autozone would be able to get you those parts. The car isn't even old.
