We have some very close friends that have stopped by at night unannounced and unplanned. And it's always been a crisis. So we are always there for them. Keep in mind that if someone it knocking on our door, I am always armed if needed.

8:30 isn't all that bad. I have people how up up until about 10. Now 12:30 and I'd be a little concerned.

The best kind. All of which include my friends. They all work, so afterwards my house is open to all of them. Its fantastic.

My friends can come anytime, makes no difference to me. But if they wake me up, they better have brought a pizza, or some cheese burgers and fries.

Well, that's a little late, but not a terrible faux-pas. After 9 pm would be a different story. And, it depends upon how long they stayed when they came over at 8:30.

After 8.30? WTF??? Am I the only one that thinks this is stupid? I would only get annoyed when they visit after 10pm.

Everybody, My husband works second shift, so they know I'm up until 2 or 3 am. They also know that they may be signing their death warrant by showing up before 11:30 am. My hubby doesn't get up too early and he doesn't like anybody around til he gets completely awake.
